Silvia or Sylvia (sorry) helped me so much when i was in a pinch to get a suit for my grandmothers services. So helpful, understanding of my ignorance to formal apparel and was very kind. Cant thank her enough. I hope she gets the good things that she deserves. Very attentitive.

Excellent Customer service by associate. Took great care assisting my elderly mom to get the sales price of a product that expired previous day. Excellent example of taking the time to care for a customer.

I saw some good sales in the mens department. It was very organized. I dont mind the self checkouts. One of the nice associates helped me sign up for rewards so i would get the savings.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE STORE, YOU GIVE A 30% COUPON BUT IT CAN'T BE USED ON NAME BRANDS ALL YOU HAVE IS MOSTLY NAME BRANDS, TO TOP IT OFF WE HAVE TO USE SELF SERVE CHECK OUT . i don't go to a department store to work. you going to reduce my bill for working the register?

I expierenced an awful trip to Kohls. My friends and I had been shopping around, and had decided not all the items were ones we wanted. So on our way to put stuff back, an employee, gray/black hair short, stopped us and told us “Girls no fashion shows” over 5 times to us. We were shocked and very upset that she thought just bc we had clothes in our baskets, we were stealing and trying on. On our way out, she came to us again reminding us no shows and that there were cameras everywhere. I’m so upset and I thought that Kohls was a great store with good manners and that we could try on clothes, but obviously we can’t. Very disappointing. I’d also like to add that we talked to the manager and she was so much more polite. I hope the lady I encountered with today, sees this and knows that she ruined 3 people’s days. I hope she feels embarrassed and sorry. Thanks to the Kohls manager though.

They're fully open with proper COVID-19 protocol in place. They are now offering Amazon returns which saved me a trip to the Post Office.

People are always super friendly. Young man Alex an employee found my lost phone with ID and credit cards and turned it in to customer service. Saved my day

Kohls is going to “Self Service” check out. The latest business model that makes the customer do the work and cuts staff. In my local store in Hingham Massachusetts they have removed half the checkout registers and added several self checkout stations. At the time of my last visit we stood in line behind 3 other patrons for the ONLY live check out associate. What happens at the holidays when historically the lines at check out are lengthy. Bad idea.
